Why?
Too many college students - despite boundless potentials - are learning at levels below their potentials. Surviving but not thriving. And all to often stressed out, disconnected, exhausted and more. I help students make the most of college and cultivate the best version of themselves.
Who Does The Program Serve?
* Students in college, on the cusp of college or returning to college
OR
* Student support professionals who want to take their service and impact to the next level students (success coaches, academic advisers, mentors, peer to peer leaders and educators, etc.).
What core areas are prioritized?
* Understanding our selves more deeply including assessing gaps between how we are now doing and how we would like to be doing in various facets of our lives.
*Clarifying our WHYS for college - why are we pursuing college, what do we want from college, and what do we want from ourselves with respect to college.
* Navigating and balancing the assorted facets of our lives - our student role, our friendships and relationships. our families, our health and well-being, our hobbies and interests, our work lives, our financial needs, etc.
* Establishing meaningful, motivating goals.
* Taking action on those goals and crafting each day in alignment with them
* Learning efficiently, effectively and deeply
* Connecting more deeply with ourselves and others.
How is the program structured?
* The program can be structured to hone in on the specific needs and circumstances of each individual or small group. Here is my suggestion.
FOUNDATION PHASE
* We engage together for 6 hours of interactive, immersive (and fun too) "laying the ground work" activities. - one day (6 hours), 2 days (3 each) or spread over the course of 1-2 weeks. These will be engaging, illuminating interactive self-discovery and exploration experiences that will help you help yourself make progress in enhancing self-awareness, clarify meaningful goals, design strategies for taking action on your goals, and create supportive alliances in your life - peer partners, mentors, your dream team and more.
IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT PHASE
* 6 monthly check-ins (45 minutes per check in for 2 semesters)

* Email, text or as needed availability (any time with reasonable boundaries) during the two semesters.
How is the program delivered?
* 1-1 or small groups (4-6)
* Virtual (Zoom) or in person (Cincinnati, Ohio area)
* Highly personalized I serve a maximum of 40 1-1 students or small groups per academic year
* SPACE IS LIMITED TO INSURE PERSONALIZATION.

* First step - contact me awesomeallaroundcoach@gmail.com for a complementary no strings attached session or sessions. This will allow you to experience my coaching and assess if engaging me will help you create more of what you want in your life and make progress on your goals. This will allow me the opportunity to get to know you - in and of itself a gift.
* 1-1 program - Should you resolve to proceed - and either way is OK - we can discuss program structure, arrangements, details and fees.
* Same as above. First step - complementary session. Next step - mutual assessment of fit. Do we want to move ahead? Discuss structure, arrangements and fees. Per participant costs are less for the small group program and participants are strongly encouraged to form support groups with each other.
What will we do?
* Experience immersion in engaging, illuminating, interactive self discovery and exploration tools
* Explore and assess how you are doing in various aspects of your life
* Establish a vision for closing any gaps
* Set meaningful goals in any and all pertinent areas
* Establish action plans for forward progress
* Take action
* Get feedback
* Track and tune.

What is a coaching package?
* Creating the lives we want, crafting meaningful goals, revamping habits, cultivating alliances and more take time. Accordingly, I offer coaching in packages - for example a 10 session package over the course of three months. But this is about YOU and YOUR NEEDS. We can discuss what works for you while insuring that WE are designing a package that provides time and space for you to hone your self-awareness, clarify what you want in various facets of your life, craft meaningful goals, design strategies and systems for attaining them, take action, cultivate alliances, track and tune progress and more.
What is the cost?
Let's engage in that initial exploratory session, allow you the space to assess if this experience can advance your aspirations, (if so) design the package that complements your needs and take it from there. as regards determining a cost structure that serves both of us.
I offer engaging, illuminating, interactive workshops and motivational speaking for your institution, organization, team or students on a range of topics. Be forewarned - I may sing. Let's discuss your needs and goals, Let me provide the spark.
